Custom Pouch Types
Laser Scoring: Laser scoring adds a precise, straight-line tear path to your pouch, enhancing openability without compromising the seal. It’s especially effective in snack packs, bar wrappers, and flat pouches where easy opening is a must.
Micro Perforation: Micro perforation creates tiny, invisible holes that allow controlled airflow or moisture release. This is commonly used in packaging for produce, baked goods, or any application that benefits from breathability.
Degassing Valves: Also known as one-way valves, degassing valves are crucial for products that release gas after sealing—such as freshly roasted coffee or fermenting goods. The valve allows internal pressure to escape without letting oxygen in, preserving product freshness and integrity.
